Mit Acrylfarben arbeite ich als Autodidaktin in Frankfurt am Main. Es ist die Lust auf Neues, auf Improvisation und Spontaneität, auf Farben, Anmutungen von Weite und Enge, das Spiel mit Licht und Schatten, Strukturen, Kontrast, Tiefe im Raum und der Dreidimensionalität, die mich faszinieren.

Der Prozess des Acrylgießens und die abstrakt-organischen Ergebnisse faszinieren mich bei jedem Bild aufs Neue.

Die so entstehenden Farbflächen und -verläufe gleichen Landschaften aus der Vogelperspektive, Fotos ferner Galaxien, Blicken durch ein Mikroskop. Es bietet sich in jedem Fall ein vielfältiges Interpretationsspektrum.

Mein Atelier- und Ausstellungsraum befindet sich seit 2021 im Erdgeschoss des „Alten Portals“, des klassizistischen Eingangsgebäudes des Frankfurter Hauptfriedhofs in Frankfurt am Main.

With acrylics I am working as an autodidact in Frankfurt/Germany. It’s the delight for something new, for improvisation and spontaneity, for colours, the impression of width and squeeze, playing with light and shadow, structures, contrast, depth and three-dimensional effects that’s driving me.

This process and the abstract-organic results are fascinating me again and again.

Due to the nature of my technique, the developing areas of colours and gradients remain to landscapes from bird’s eye view, pictures of faraway galaxies, gazes through a microscopes lense. Anyway, there are lots of possibilities of interpretation.

Since 2021 my studio and gallery is located in the “Altes Portal”, the neoclassic entrancebuilding of the Frankfurt Maincemetery in Frankfurt am Main, Nordend.
